However hot chocolate can come in many different forms, but if we had our way, they would all be made with the most delicious, high-quality, and nourishing ingredients around. We think this easy recipe covers all the bases for what we want in a warm, chocolatey drink - some healthy fat to keep us satiated, some cinnamon to help curb our blood sugar, and the alluring combination of sweet and salty flavours that our taste buds love.

KETO BULLETPROOF HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE
Makes one serving
INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ cups hot water
1 tbsp cacao butter
1 tbsp coconut cream powder OR 1 tbsp coconut manna / coconut butter OR reduce the hot water to only ¼ cup and use 1 cup heated, whole fat coconut milk
1 tsp coconut oil
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
3-4 drops Lakanto Liquid Chocolate Monk Fruit Sweetener (or replace with 1 tsp maple syrup if you’d prefer)
DIRECTIONS
Combine everything in a blender and blend on high until drink is nice and frothy. Enjoy!
