Pure Feast Adaptogen Dressing with Spirulina, Chlorella, Maca and Suma

It’s that gorgeous time of year when the farmers’ markets are bursting with ripe, local produce and everything is in abundance. Our bodies are craving all the greens while they’re in season right now and we’re eating all this perfect goodness in huge salads every day while getting creative with the dressings. Here’s a simple salad dressing to keep on hand in the fridge for when it’s hot outside and the veggies are begging to be eaten.

There’s a twist to this dressing - boost it with some adaptogenic herbs to really amp up the nutrition! These herbs don’t have to be relegated to just your smoothie, they can be incorporated into other recipes like this dressing. Featuring Giddy Yoyo’s Spirulina and Sun Potion’s Green Adaptogen, this dressing is rich in vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Not to mention it’s delicious on either fresh salads or grilled veggies.



2 tsp Sun Potion Green Adaptogen (Here)
1 tsp Giddy Yoyo Spirulina (Here)
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp raw honey (Here)
2 tsp water
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
  1. Whisk or blend all the ingredients together in either a glass bowl or your blender. Store chilled in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
