What's your favourite afternoon snack?
One of my favourites is definitely a smoothie, because you can pack a lot nourishment into just one glass!
The star ingredients in this blend are tahini and cauliflower. The tahini gives it a delicious flavour as well as having the added bonus of containing nutrients known to promote healthy and glowy skin (such as vitamin E, essential fatty acids, and zinc to aid in collagen production). The frozen cauliflower in here makes the drink super smooth, and is high in antioxidants and fiber. To keep this smoothie easy and quick to throw together, I keep a bag of frozen organic cauliflower in my freezer, which I can find at my local grocery store.
