Shipping and Returns

> Where do you ship?

We deliver to any address in Canada that is served by Canada Post. If you would like to ship to the USA or another international location, we are happy to help! Please get in touch with us at to let us know where you would like to ship.

> How do you ship?

We currently offer shipping services from Canada Post. Shipping time varies depending on the shipping location in Canada, typically between 2-7 days once the order is dispatched from the warehouse (orders headed to Nunavut, Yukon & the Northwest Territories typically take between 8-16 days).

> How much is shipping in Canada?

We offer free economy shipping in Canada on all orders above $85 CAD after any discounts and before tax, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations*. We offer a flat rate $10.95 economy shipping fee on all other orders shipped in Canada, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations*.

> Can I return an item?

Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Certain items such as opened or used products, gift cards, and clearance items are not eligible for a return.

> How do I make a return?

Please send us an email with your return request to with your order number (which can be found in the order confirmation email sent to you), the item(s) that you would like to return and a brief explanation for the return. A member of our customer service team will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!


> How long will my order take to process?

Order fulfillment processing times take 1-3 business days of receipt to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

> Can I make changes to an order that has already been placed?

After an order has been placed, we may be able to add items to it. Please contact as soon as possible and we may be able to include some extra items that you'd like to purchase and add to it. In some cases we can edit the shipping address information; however this request is time sensitive once the order has entered the processing stage. We’re not able to guarantee that any edits can be made once the order has been confirmed, but please send your request as soon as possible through email to and we will do our best to help!

> Is my order subject to tax?

You will be charged tax based on the destination Province or Territory where your order is being delivered. Orders shipped to the USA are not subject to any tax, however the buyer is responsible for paying any duties or taxes incurred when the order crosses the border.
