I have tried many a gluten free granola - from quinoa to tiger nut - and this stuff right here is the most delicious by far. I can’t say why or how, but not only is the texture most like that of granola, being nice and crunchy, but the combination of the seeds with coconut oil and just the right amount of sugar (it’s sweet but not excessively so) makes this an incredibly filling and satisfying snack or addition to coconut yogurt. Even the picky non-GF significant other like it!
As for this versus the banana version, I actually find this is crunchier so I prefer it.
